To complete the circular trail you will need to follow main road between the Baths of Aphrodite and Polis for around half a Kilometre. According to the Cyprus Tourism Organisation, the trail is a difficult one, with gradients that vary greatly and slippery paths. The trail is roughly 7.5 Km Long and takes somewhere between 3-4 hours to complete.
If you choose to take the Adonis Nature Trail, we advise that you avoid the heat in the height of the day during Summer months, take plenty of water, and take other sensible hiking precautions like hiking in groups, wearing the correct footwear, taking a mobile phone, taking some food, and a first aid pack.

The Adonis Trail offers great views of Paphos, Paphos Forest and the general Akamas Peninsula. The trail starts of close to Aphrodite Baths (where there are Wooden signs that mark the start of the trail), and takes in Pyrgos tis Rigainas (Queen’s Tower). The trail also features a natural water fountain at Kefalovrysia, to pick up drinking water.
