Also of interest at the museum is the display of Cypriot handicrafts, such embroidery, wooden chests, and pottery, as well as the tools that were used to create these wares such as looms.

The entrance price to the museum is a couple of euros.

The address is 253 Ayiou Andreou Street. The museum is open weekday mornings from 08:30 tilll 13:30. It is also open weekday afternoons (with the exception of Wednesday) from 15:00 till 17:30, however from June till September this changes from 16:00 till 18:30

Limassol Folk Art Museum.

The Limassol FolK Art Museum is a great place to get a taste of the islands heritage, whilst on holiday in the coastal town. The museum is approaching its 30th year of existence, and is said to house on the most important collections of Cypriot Folk Art on the island.

The collection itself is housed in a listed building on the corner between  Ayiou Andreou Street, and Othonos and Amalias Street. 

Limassol Folk Art Museum has collections and exhibitions on a range of Cypriot history, traditions, and trade.

You can view traditional Cypriot  dress and national costume. These include waistcoats, vrakas, and jewellery.
