The Limassol FolK Art Museum is a great place to get a taste of the islands heritage, whilst on holiday in the coastal town. The museum is approaching its 30th year of existence, and is said to house on the most important collections of Cypriot Folk Art on the island.
The collection itself is housed in a listed building on the corner between Ayiou Andreou Street, and Othonos and Amalias Street.
Limassol Folk Art Museum has collections and exhibitions on a range of Cypriot history, traditions, and trade.
You can view traditional Cypriot dress and national costume. These include waistcoats, vrakas, and jewellery.
